At The Healed Sister, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching programs and services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Coaching Programs: Refunds for coaching programs are only available within 7 days of purchase.

2. Partial Refunds: For ongoing services (such as mentorship programs), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Refundable Services: Digital products, downloadable materials, and self-paced courses are non-refundable once purchased.

Please note that our trainees will have different policies and those only apply to THS programs.
